    Hi

    We have a number of S10 terminals which have been working fine connecting to a Windows Server 2003 running MetaFrame XP Presentation Server 4.

    I’ve recently rebuilt the server with new hardware but the operating system and version of Citrix is exactly the same. Now when we try to connect using the S10’s some connect fine and others do nothing. They either sit trying to connect for a while and then just fail with no error or warning or they just flash up the connecting box and then nothing. If we try to connect using RDP it returns a timeout error.

    I’ve found the following document on the Citrix website http://support.citrix.com/article/CTX122734 but being new to all this I’m not sure how I access/distribute wnos-ini files or even if this is the best way to go to solve this issue.

    Any help would be very much appreciated.

    Thanks in advance
    Neil

    Neil,

    check out my First Steps document in the WTOS Products section. It will explain the use of wnos.ini files.
    Then create a wnos.ini file with the parameter
    FixLicense=clean.
    That should solve your issue.
    If resolved, remove this parameter again.

    Yes, i think to that is a problem with your TSlicence.

    You can verified this to the log of your server…
