    Hello,

I’m new to the forums so if this has been asked before just point me in the right direction. We have 25 c10le clients deployed and are looking for a way to connect to them and reboot them as needed. We’re finding that when a users logs out of an RDP session, the client often hangs at “please wait for the user profile service” despite the session having already been terminated on the server. I need to be able to SSH or Telnet in and issue a restart command. Is this possible to do without the WDM??

    thank you

You can try ConfGen from this website but the “Direct Commands” have only been implemented experimental.

I don’t know if the C10le talks SNMP, but I use this to reboot my S-10s

    snmpset -v 1 WyseTerminalIpAddress public .1.3.6.1.4.1.714.1.2.6.1.1.0 i 0

snmpset is part of the Net-SNMP tools package http://www.net-snmp.org/

    KenC,

Thanks for the information. I looked up net-snmp and it works, but your syntax is off a bit. After a bit of playing I discovered that the correct syntax to get them to reboot is:

    snmpset -v 1 -c public IpAddress .1.3.6.1.4.1.714.1.2.6.1.1.0 i 0

(might be a difference in versions)
