Recover corrupt S10?

    I have a client with a number of S10s and it looks like someone has attempted a RIS build. Didn’t think it would even be possible, but you can run the Custom Install Wizard (blue screen) and I reckon it tries to get the image down…

    Now the device won’t boot – “No boot device present. Halting”.

    Is there any way to recover from this, short of sending back to the factory?

    Yep, back to the service center. Weird thing is s10 should not be set to PXE boot first from the factory so someone must have changed the boot order!!!

    You can try Wyse Simple Imager and ask Wyse for the needed firmware file. It should be free of charge.
