I have two v10l’s that seem to have lost their image. When booting, they POST just fine, but shortly after the PXE boot attempt, they just freeze with a flashing cursor. I’ve loaded optimized defaults in the bios and still no-go. I’m assuming I’ve lost the image and need to restore it but I’m unsure as to how to proceed. Can this be done from a USB flash?
You will have to contact Wyse to get (free) WTOS image file in an “.i2d” format.
After that you can flash the units via Wyse Simple Imager.

Thanks, CG. I did call Wyse and they wanted me to RMA it. I’d like a faster solution but it looks like I’ll have to take what I can get…
RMA is OK but takes longer. You should have pushed on the i2d file.
