    Hi

Anyone know if it is possible to change the position or text colour of the rdp icon? The default position of top left hand corner is right on top of a bright patch of the wallpaper we use, making the white text hard to make out….

Thanks in advance for any replies 🙂

    Hi Tanya,

    Yes, I think 🙂

If you are using the wnos.ini file to define the RDP connection you can set the command icon=XXXX.bmp (see the desktop example on this site).

Just use you own icon for the job, you can use .bmp or .jpg.

Now for the font colour – on WTOS if you set the deskcolor to white the fonts go black (deskcolor=”0 0 0″).

If you don’t use the wnos.ini I am not sure what options you have – but wait, your ARE using the wnos.ini or all my good forum ranting has gone to waste 😛

    Cheers,
    -TT

Thanks for the quick reply as usual 🙂 That worked great, especially when I used the right code for white 255 255 255 😉

and of course i’m using wnos.ini….I have learnt so much from this site 😀

    Cheers

    Tanya
