    We have an R50 in one of our training rooms that is connected to a split VGA, going to the LCD as well as to a projector. If the projector goes off, the LCD goes into a sleep/idle state and won’t re-awaken until the projector is back on. Anyone aware of an INI setting where I can say to the monitor always stay on?

    Just to update this some more: the VGA cable of the LCD goes into a splitter, one that goes to a wall part connecting it to the VGA port of the projector; the other cable off the split goes to a DVI adapter, that plugs into the DVI port of the R50. We had a V10L hooked up in an IDENTICAL manner that did not display this behavior.

    Can you try the parameter
    PowerManager=0,0

    Thanks for the suggestion. We have been using that already, but, hasn’t helped with this issue. We went ahead and bought a DVI-D to VGA adapter, so, once it arrives, we’ll have the DVI-A port go directly to the LCD, and the cable from the wall for the projector go into the R50’s DVI-D port. We figure that’ll fix the solution.

    The response from Wyse was that they don’t support VGA/DVI splitters being used in the manner we were attempting to use. What stinks is this exact same setup worked without issue on our old V10L. EXACT same setup.

    I thought we would have resolved our issue here by getting a VGA to DVI-D adapter, but I assumed wrong.

    Right now at my test station I have the left LCD plugged into output 1 on the back of the R50, VGA from the LCD into a DVI-A adapter, into the output. The right LCD I have going to output 2 on the back of the R50, VGA from the LCD into a DVI-D adapter, into the output. I can never get an image on the 2nd LCD, it’s always blank/going to sleep.

    Is the DVI-D output disabled by default?

    Only DVI-I has VGA support. DVI-D is digital only as the name already indicates.
