    Hello to all.
In a 2012 Forum it is explained how to publish apps (no desktops) in a Wyse Xenith.

    http://www.freewysemonkeys.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=7622

None the less in a 2010 KB it is said that Xenith ONLY supports published desktops.

    https://support.wyse.com/OA_HTML/csksxvm.jsp?nSetId=36099&nUsePub=NO&jttst0=6_23871,23871,-1,0,&jtfm0=_0_1_0_-1_f_nv_&etfm1=&jfn=ZG033E5E8C721C50609ACEFB9E810E3BEC72D56F1DD9034E234E46ED540CA7BCD98CED588A1B4B065C743956E49F1A3F69D5&oas=FkFEvOrY7wGO3hLGbs6p6Q..

Could any one please tell me which is right.

It is to be noted that on “Administrators Guide Wyse® XenithTM Release 2.0” on page 66 you can implie that applications can be presented modifying the xen.ini file.

applications — only display applications, the connections will be
    handled as an ondesktop_list. For example, if you set ondesktop=”word;
excel”, then only the applications “word” and “excel” will be displayed.

If applications are supported, can anyone tell me or show me where to look for info on how to present desktops to some users and specific applications to others (in wnos.ini you could do it by MAC).

Thanks to all for any help.

    Xenith is only supporting desktops.
Nevertheless there is a backdoor to also use apps but this is limited. Which means that there is eg. no seamless support. All apps will be started in fullscreen without sesion sharing.

Ill give that information to my costumer.
Do you know, if there is any documentation that I can show my costumer stating what you just told me.
Thanks again for the help and the time you took

This is from the Xenith Admin Guide:

TIP: Although your zero client is designed for Citrix XenDesktop, XenApp published
desktops are also supported; however, published applications are not recommended as
only full-screen sessions are supported with your zero client.
