    I am having wyse 3235LE Terminals with CE 5.0 ( 529) version.

I have two models of printers Samsung ML-2010 & SCX-4321 . When I connect ML-2010 printer it is getting Added in Client Printers (LPT2 Port) and can print via RDP connection, but when I try to Add SCX-4321 printer, the LPT2 Port is not showing & only COM2 & Network Port is shown. Due to this I am unable to add this printer.

By default there is no LPT2 port available while trying to add new printer.

In control Panel the Port Configuration Options are also disabled & I cannot create new Port.

PS : The Samsung SCX-4321 Printer is able to print on another 1200LE Terminal with ThinOS.

LPT2 port is an emulated USB port. So I guess you have attached the printer via USB. As the 3235 does not have a parallel port this is more than obvious.
Do you try to attached both printers at the same time?

I am only connecting One printer at a time and both the printers are USB.

When I connect ML-2010 Printer, the Add Printer screen shows LPT2 Port besides COM2 & Network and it is getting setup properly & printing from RDP session is OK.

When I connect SCX-4321 Printer, the Add Printer Screen does not show LPT2 Port & only COM2 & Network Ports are Listed.

In that case I guess the printer is not communicating well over USB – at least with CE.
