We’re using S10s with pnagent. We’re noticing that as a user opens a 2nd and 3rd app each app creates a new session # in Citrix. Which means that if one application goes idle, it pops up the “you’ve been idle and this session will disconnect in 3 minutes” message…even if they’re actively working on another app. the screen pops up in front of the active application and is very inconvenient.

Now if we load the pnagent on a workstation the 2nd and 3rd app never create a new session, in fact if you look in citrix’s access management console you don’t even see the user as having those applications open, only the 1st app they opened. So for the idle message to appear all 3 apps have to be completely idle.

Any ideas on how to fix this?
    Thanks!

What is the group sessions check/option on the Wyse OS? Just wondering what it does, you access by right clicking on the desktop.
