hi,
i an trying to install norton AV v10.1.5 on my V90LE. i have got 500MB of free space on my c drive. but, when i try to install the client it is pointing to my z drive (not allowing me to change during install) and says you do not have enough space to install.
how do i fix this so that it points to c drive and i can install client on c drive and not z?
thanks.
Z: is a RAM drive with only 16MB of space. I think that AV tries to unpack some install files to Z: as this is the default TMP and TEMP drive.
You can either increase the size of the RAM drive by editing the Control Panel applet RAMdrive or redirect the Environment Variables TMP and TEMP to another drive eg. C: or even better a USB drive.
