Hi all,
Just installed WDM 4.8.5 workgroup edition. All seemed to go well, I can connect to the ftp, hserver seems to be running fine. I have populated the subnet discovery and asked it to search but so far nothing has come in. I have not used this version of WDM before, in fact the last time I used this sort of thing was back when it was still called Wyse Rapport Server, ver 2 or something. I seem to recall that I needed to modify the DHCP tags although I’m not sure which and whether it’s required to do the discovery. Any help would be appreciated…or even better, an install guide of sorts 🙂
Regards
Chalky
Nevermind I got it sorted via DHCP options. Now, I believe it is possible to manage HP devices through this console. How do you enable this functionality?
There was an option years ago when HP was selling Wyse units labeled as HP ones.
