Need help with keypad keyboard problem

    Hello all – I have a weird problem with all my C50LE units. When I connect to a RDP connection and try to use the / in the keypad, it automatically types // (it duplicates the /). Everything else other key is working fine. Y tried playing with the keyboard settings, but no luck. I am using the keyboard that came with the C50LE.

    Any ideas what do I need to change?

    I am using 11.1.015

    I was told by customer support that this is a “known” issue…VERY helpful…and that they were going to fix it on the new firmware…still waiting for the new firmware…
