    I’m running a group of T50s, and I’ve noticed that ever since updating them to the newest firmware(never noticed it before, though it might have been happening), there’s a thin strip on the top and left hand edges of the screen where the mouse cursor goes invisible, but still there(it can click buttons, right clicking shows the right click menu, etc). The strips grow thicker by a fair amount when connecting through Citrix as well, and it’s getting in the way whenever someone tries to close or minimize a program. Does anyone know a fix for this issue?

    Workaround :

    $ sudo mv /usr/lib/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-hwcursor.conf /usr/lib/X11/xorg.conf.d/10-hwcursor.conf-disabled

    Can this be added to a auto config file or does it need running on each T50?

    This should already be fixed in the latest firmware version for T50.
    Which one are you running?

    We’re running firmware U-1.018 and we have an issue where the top 2 -3 mm and the left edge don’t show the mouse pointer.

    Upgrade to 1.022 and it should be fixed.

    Yes, you are right. Not posted at the moment. Ask Wyse support for it.
