I have new C90LEWs, running Windows Embeddeed Standard. I have experience with the Wyse ThinOS, but these are my first WES boxes. I’m confused by the lack of a Group Policy editor for them; out of the box, there is clearly a set of rights assigned to the “user” user, things like, “administrator” can see and use “my computer,” while the “user” cannot. “Administrator” can get a right-click context menu, “user” cannot. I know how to adjust these things on an XP or Win7 machine on AD with GPO, but I can’t find how to do it on these WES boxes. Is it only done in registry? Or am I missing a tool here?

This can be done either locally via regedit or, if the units are part of a domain (I do not recommend this!!!), via AD GPO.
