    We have an odd problem on T10-devices. When these devices are switched on in the morning, the keyboard is not functioning. Rebooting or reinserting the USB-keyboard solves the problem for the rest of the day.
    Upgrading the firmware to 8.0_37 or 8.0_105 didn’t solve the issue, but seems to worsen it.
    Wyse-support asked me to collect eventlog- and networktraces, but after configuring two devices for this action, the problem didn’t exist anymore!! Replacing keyboard or device didn’t help.
    Does anybody has a clue what could cause this behavior?

    So the problem still exists and does only not appear when the device is configured to collect traces?

    Yes, that’s correct. That’s why I’m thinking it’s a timing issue.
    Maybe it is related to DHCP requests: during a request the keyboard isn’t functioning also.
    It’s very strange, but inserting the keyboard into the USB-port at the far most right of the rear, seems to have a positive effect on the issue.

    Are you using the Wyse keyboard?

    It happens with Wyse and HP keyboards.

    And just adding
    Privilege=high EnableTrace=yes
    fixes it?

    No, the terminal must also be configured to save the traces to USB, persistent or one-time.
