Hi, new to these terminals and to citrix but having this issue using the latest firmware (downloaded about 4 weeks ago). The Citrix session just minimises randomly. My colleague has turned off the screen saver and the timer but seem to still be having these issues. Any ideas or anyone with the same issue?

    Thanks.

    Hi,

I have seen an issue where when you minimise a published application you could not maximise it. It does not sound like your instance, it just minimises by its self?

    What is the application?

    Cheers,

As far as I’m aware this happens at anytime while logged into the citrix session not in any specific application. The whole session is minimised and the Blazer OS (I think) is showing. User can then get back into Citrix by clicking on the minimised icon, it does not actually log them off.

It’s not really a big problem but is bugging the users and myself!

    thanks.

OK, that’s one I have note seen before. Try downloading some older firmware and see if it resolves the issue.

    Firmware:

Oops, sorry forgot to mention that we have the 1200LE version, does that change anything? Cheers.
