So you know when webpages use the ../ command to look up pictures and CSS files, it works in regular IE6.
It will NOT work in IE6 on an XPe thin client.
What would you do to fix this?
Thanks in advance.
Hi,
Do you have an example URL?
Cheers,

https://www.attendanceadvisor.net/Secure/Login.aspx/
Thats the only one Im having trouble with.
It uses ../ to look up the pic.
Hi,
I have the same issue on my PC with IE6 viewing your link. The issue is ../ was used as a directory traversal attack a long time ago in IE and Microsoft block this (forget which patch). This is not WC3 compliant html code.
You only need the ./ to get the picture or set a full to the image. This will fix it for newer and updated IE installations. Check this out on a PC not in your network.

Yeah……….Basically instead of hotlinking to https://www.attendanceadvisor.net/secure/login.aspx/ I did
http://www.attendanceadvisor.net and it redirects it to taht link.
Remove the / in that first link and it works.
