    Hi,

I have some P20 devices that connect to a pool of identical VMs created using VMWare Composer. Desktops are assigned randomly so the problem is that I have no way of identifying which P20 is connected to which VM.

To add to the problem the desktop is tied down so that end users cannot access computer properties to tell me what the host name is.

I am also using the Teradici management console to push settings out the P20s.

Am I missing something? Is there an easy way to tell what VM a P20 is connected to?

    Thanks,

    Stewart

No way to do this in the PCoIPMC. You should be able to see the VM assigned to the user in the VM View console.

    Hi,

Thanks but I also meant to add that they are all logging in with the same username, so yes I can see what user connected but they are all the same user.

It is really the host name that I would like to see. Is this possible?

    Thanks

Installing some DNS info software tool on the VMs will give the user the ability to inform you what VM they are connected to
