IDE flash upgrade

    hello
    i have some 9150se model with 256 flush.
    i see in this site that the ide flash is upgradeble for this model but the ram not i think.

    can you help me with some indication to buy ide flush form my 9150 or v90 model or ram expansion module, that are compatible with these thin.
    For example what tipe of ide flush or ram module must i buy and how can i find it?
    i try ebay or other many sites but i do not know which part number or type i can buy for these thin.

    Hi,

    You could start with a Wyse Authorised Service Center, you should be able to buy flash for the 9150 however RAM is soldered on the mother board so this is not easy to upgrade.

    The V90 uses standard mini IDE flash modules and P3 notebook RAM so these you should be able to buy form a number of memory manufactures,
