Locally on ThinOS, go to System Tools – Global INI. Copy&Paste the content here.

February 27, 2020 at 7:50 pm #51882Looks like you haven’t activated Session Reliability.
Go to Citrix HDX Settings and enable it there.CG
February 27, 2020 at 8:44 pm #51883Thank you for taking a look. Can you point out where session reliability is off?
Just so I can show my colleague.
February 27, 2020 at 8:50 pm #51884you are correct. Do i need to change anything else in the Citrx HDX?
February 27, 2020 at 8:58 pm #51885No

February 28, 2020 at 9:16 pm #51898thank you again. I have put this in place and waiting to hear feedback from users.
Another issue that i am having (mutli users) is session (VDI) freezing. Would session reliability on the Wyse correct this?
Example…VDI freezes, wireless mouse and keyboard does not work. Plug in wired mouse you can move the mouse but cannot click anywhere.
Only resort is to unplug the Wyse and plugging back in.

June 12, 2020 at 8:23 pm #52377Hello all.
I am supporting from older 3010 and 3040 device and want to upgrade via WMS to 8.6_027 so I can patch my 2012 RDS gateway servers. I have seen in another tread for the KB4503327 causing authentication issues on 8.5 thinos devices. here
I have downloaded the 8.6_027 from Dell but it looks like it is only for 3040. Is it possible to update a 3010 to this version?
Any help here is appreciated.

June 15, 2020 at 6:37 pm #52383Yes, should be on the Dell Support site as well. Even 8.6_206 is there.
The 3010 equivalent for 8.6_027 is 8.6_028.CG
