To use a headset successfully in a session you would also need TCX Rich Sound, which gives you bi-directional audio support. Currently Wyse only supports Logitech Clearchat Comfort in that scenario.
You can try to find the USB vlaues (Vendor ID, Product ID, USB Class, subclass and protocol) and force this device to be redirected in the session.

the vm see the headset and install it correct, but i canÂ´t hear anything. When i speak into the microphone the vm do nothing. I can choose the headset in the sound option, but the vm doesnÂ´t want to keep it!
