how do you reset a 8360SE ?

I recently purchased a couple of WYSe 8360SE thin clients to used strictly as green screens for As400 sessions. They start up running BillgPC bootp and never receive an IP as we run a DHCP server not bootp. How can I reset to factory defaults. Systems just timeouts and reboots. I’m new at this game so talk slow 😆

Hi,

Wow, thats old but with NTe there is still a load you can do to them. Much more than thier CE brothers.

First download the factory firmware:

Then see this artical on how to recover devices, you need to use Xfer and a lab link cable (hey, I said they are old!)
