    Hi!

I have tried to search the forum but couldn`t find any answer to this.

After update from 6.5.0_30 to 7.0.0_30 (and 7.0.0_34) we are experiencing some graphical issues on the C10 and V10 terminals.
We are autoconnecting to a Citrix desktop session, and it seems that the screen refresh rate is poorer than on 6.5.0_30.

Especially when opening mail in outlook and using internet exploer.
It looks like the screen begins to draw from top of the screen and goes down.
Almost like a curtain beeing pulled down.

Anyone else have this issue or know about any fix / settings in WNOS.ini?

I also had this issue with C10 and Xenith using WTOS 7. (unsure of which version) After I changed the color depth on the thin client to the same used in the citrix session, the problem went away.

Yes, always make sure to use the same color depth on both sides.
    Good catch nklykken.

The problem is that Citrix session is 24 bit color depth, but the terminal is either 16 or 32 bit, not 24.

Best results when I set the Citrix session to use 16 bit, and set the Wyse to 16 bit but this is not a solution.

Is there any way we can set the Wyse terminal to use 24 bit color depth?

    We have the same issue.

When we uncheck “Enable session reliability” from option of connexion (on terminal or Wnos.ini), all it’s OK.

I hope that can help you (sorry for bad english, im french 😯 )

I never enabled “Enable session reliability”, anyway the new WTOS will fix this issue for me, at least the new DEMO WTOS (7.0.109) does it 😀
I`m waiting for a new WTOS release so I can roll it out in production.

Jstival, your english is good enough for me to understand you :P, I`m Norwegian

As I have already written on the Home page, WTOS 7.0.1_13 is released but currently not posted on the maintenance website. Ask Wyse Support or your Wyse SE for this version. They have it.
