My company bought the R10L terminals to take the place of our current C00X models (Wyse Xenith) – The Xen.ini file was basically copied and placed in as the WNOS.ini file.
I have managed to make everything within the terminal functional with the exception of Flash and Windows Media playback.
No matter what compression settings, wnos parameters I use the C00X out performs the R10L during video / audio playback. Streaming content is not a slide show in the Xenith but is in the R10L.
* Is there a known issue with media playback on this model of terminal???
The System Version of the R10L is: 7.0_113
? – Can Anyone tell me why my video is SOOOO much better on the older C-Class vs. the R10L????
Here are my .ini’s…any help would be appreciated…

** Also, when on the C-Class unit and using HDX Monitor while playing the sample video the Windows Media Section’s Bandwidth monitor is spiking all over in both the “VD to Receiver” & “Receiver to VD” BUT when in the same VM using the R10L, the monitor shows almost No traffic coming through the “Receiver to VD”…What is the deal????

– Had nothing to do with compression settings, FPS registry settings, the .ini config’s. Wyse had not yet published the R10L clients “R10_WNOS” firmware upgrade for 7.0_218, once that file was placed in the WyseWnos directory and uploaded to the terminal the device is 100% ready for production.
Call Wyse to Receive the Firmware File as it is not published.
