    Hi,

I am facing the problem to retrieve ftp profile behind cisco 2950 switch because of cisco switch initial connectivity 30 seconds delays. Any option available to reterive this issue.

    Regards,

I had this same issue from behind a CISCO router. Change your TCP timeout settings from the default (1×30 seconds) to 2x or 3x. That ought to fix it. These settings are located on the options tab at the bottom where the DHCP tags are located.
