hello all,
having an issue where some applications are causing our screens to flicker and blink constantly. for example loading the latest HDX Monitor (2.0.7.0) causes desktop icons, backgrounds and other windows to intermittently flash on screen. the cursor also flashes and jumps around the screen, until ending the task via ctrl-alt-del you are unable to do anything. the application (HDX monitor in this case) never shows any sign of actually launching besides from the entry in task manager.
we are using wyse xenith with the firmware version (1.7.130) setup with dual monitors (span mode) – interestingly the issue is nonexistent when using single monitor (mirror mode).
the monitors are 22″ running at 1920×1080.
i have had this issue with one other application called ‘Live Help Messenger’ which displays the exact symptoms and found that HDX Monitor also recreated the issue whilst troubleshooting.
i recently followed the ‘Wyse Thin OS/Xenith & Citrix HDX Flash Optimizations’ however the same issue prevails.
any ideas?
thanks in advance
