When trying to apply Qualifying Image to a DDC’s (after they all deleted themselves) i get an error msg CreateUpdateDCC: Overflow, i then click ok, and i get another msg DDC not created.

what makes this error even stranger is i find if i add 1 DDC, click finsih it works, if i then try to add another 1, i get the above error and the first DDC also deletes.

So basically even 2nd attempt to add a qualifying image to a DDC causes it to fail and delete all the existing DDC’s

Anyone got any suggestions? We are running WTOS and WDM v 4.5.3

Do you have a full SQL server or at least a SQL management tool to connect to the WDM DB?
If yes, check the table CreateUpdateDCC for any content.

Thanks for the responce CG, unfortunatly i do not have any SQL management tools installed on our WDM server, however now that you have pointed me in the direction of a possible DB issue, i will engage our DBA’s to assit investigating this error, i will post the outcome, Thanks

i have managed to install SQL manager to view the DB.

i cant see any tabled called CreateUpdateDDC, however i do see a stored procedure called sp_CreateUpdateDDC

The only table i see that seams to reffeence DDC’s is called DDCViolation

    Any suggestions? thanks in advance
