All,
I got a problem which I’m sure someone has seen this and would have the answer for me and the rest who is having this issue.
Tools:
Winterm V90 1gig Flash, 1gig Ram, XPe OS.
WDM 4.5.3
Issue:
When I capture an Image, it captures the date and time of when the image was taken, presuming this is from the Bios.
Problem:
Any time and date tool (neutron,etc..etc..) I use will not sync the date and time to any server if the date is not current. (presuming that I captured the Image a week ago and imaging the Wyse today)
Workaround:
Change the date and time manually from the Bios and boot the V90 and all is ok then because I have a .VBS which does a sync then.
Because of mass deployment scheduled over a month, I cannot afford to have someone in front of the V90 only to change the Date so my .VBS will do the rest.
Does anyone have any ideas on how to automate this without any tech changing the date and time?
Thanks In Advance
you da man!!!!!! it works like a charm,… exactly what I was looking for
Thanks a million
Haha, thanks! I spend lost about a day trying get that to work a few years ago, its nice to be able to save someone else repeating the pain 🙂
