I want to convert my settings.reg file into a .bin file with appropriate params.ini file.

Doing this will allow me to send out my settings.reg file as a “Add-on” upgrade, which can automatically be done through DHCP Upgrade feature.

The only keys in my settings.reg file are New Connections, which we have tested out and proven working, to append the connections on the main screen.

Does anyone have experience with making the bin files and params.ini file, and would be willing to help out with this? Thanks.

    Hi Paintchip,

I have only done this once but you should be able to do it by using the bundle32 program contained in Rapport. By using this exe from the command line with a control.txt file you can create the .bin.

Can you post the settings.reg you would like to bundle up and I will see what i can do?

    Cheers,
    -TT

Actually got it working like a champ.
I recieved the Bundle32 .exe and some configuration bat files from WYSE to help create the bin files I needed.

It also creates the params.ini file for me.

    Thanks for your help.
