Hi,
I have been looking for an answer to a problem we have with complex passwords (i.e. containing !ӣ$%^&*(@) etc)
Our set-up is Wyse C10LE running 7.1.033 connecting to a 2X gateway as a VDI Broker using signon=yes (have tried NTLM makes no difference).
If we use the 2X client it is fine, however if we use the Wyse it will only work as long as the users password is alpha numeric.
Does anyone have any thoughts or have come across it before?
Many thanks
Never came across this. I would recommend to file a case with Wyse.

No worries, I already have a case open but was hoping someone might have come across it before.
It does appear as though the non alpha-numerics are being stripped out but I can’t find any reason for it 🙁
Thanks for the reply.
I have the same problem when trying to auth against PNA site. When the user have letters from the Norwegian keyboard like æøå the signon fails. It the user have a password With regular letters everything Works fine. Have you heard anyting from Wyse yet triple_clones?
