I do not see any difference between your screenshots.
Are all units in the same policy group?
All units have the same firmware version?
Have you configured any device specific policies?
Have you tried to reset the non-working units to factory default?
sorry the second screenshot is wrong. It should shown that “0” App ist installed.
I have resetting two devices to 8.6, after that i updated to 9.04 and than to 9.11. I see on both devices, how thte citrix.app is installed, but after this, only one device is shown that the citrix app under installed apps. But both devices works.
