    Hi all,

I change the resolution for some users with the user.ini. Is it possible to do this without a reboot. Users now have to logon twice. Once to set the resolution and then the thin client restarts and then they have to logon again so the get the desktop session. I’m using R10L thin client.

    Kind regards.

    I don’t think it’s possible without a reboot.

Did you tried the option “Resolution=DDC” for your screenresolution ? Maybe this is a option to consider.

Also are you using fixed resolution for your users ?

We use Resolution=DDC, only for the exceptions we use a fixed resolution.
We have people that refuse to get some glasses.

I was affraid it isn’t possible so the users have to deal with it that if the thin client they are loggon has previous been used by a user with a different resolution they have to logon twice.

    Thanx for you reply
