Trying to connect a Wyse V10L to a Presentation Server 4.5, via Citrix Web Interface 5.0.1.
Edit: Using wnos 6.3.0.12
Edit 2: I’ve also tested this badboy towards a web interface server of the same kind and version, but with an official certificate. I even loaded the official root cert into the client just incase it wasnt there from before. Same error…
I’m getting the following error:
A popup with ”Secure connection open failed” appears, and the log states the following:
SSL: retcode=61 root certificate is not found locally
https: SSLconnect failed, err= -1
SSL: retcode=4 an error occurred while reading/writingAfter pressing “OK” on the error popup, the log states this:
PN Agent sign-on failed
WNOS.ini looks like this:
AddCertificate=certnew.cer
SignOn=Yes
IcaBrowsing=HTTP
PnliteServer=WIhost.domain.xx
DomainList=domainCertificate downloaded from the webinterface of the internal CA of which is was created, and stored in the correct folder on the FTP-server. The certificate is loaded the first time it is presented to the thin client, and if i delete it and re-add it throught wnos.ini settings.
Connecting to the web interface server is smooth using a thick client and the latest XenApp Client: http://WIhost.domain.xx/Citrix/PNAgent/config.xml
addressa and hostname used in both wnos.ini and link in xenapp client matches the sitename and the certificate issued for it.
Suspecting a support issue towards the newest web interface…
March 9, 2009 at 3:02 pm #15321If i rename the certificates to .crt the following happens:
Installed Certificate Name.crt on flash
Installed Certificate Name.crt on ramHttps(wihost.domain.xx): connection established
ICA: pnhost = “https://wihost.domain.xx”
Https(wihost.domain.xx): connection establishedConneciton Manager now appears, and my published apps are available.
Thanks to the forums 🙂 Searched them and found something similiar, but not completly, tried it, and it worked it seems.
