Cannot perfom a Get Device Image successfully on a V90LE

    Hello everyone,

    I have WDM 4.5.3 and use various Wyse models. My problem I seem to be experiencing right now is that I cannot Get a Device Image from a brand new V90LE. Each time I try to capture an image from WDM I receive the message: Failure (Or No Archive), Try 1: WISARD-FAILURE-ENCODING

    I can successfully get a device image from an older unit that I use for testing purposes (model 9150SE).

    Both devices have Windows XPe.

    Any thoughts?

    Hi,

    try to copy the tools folder from the WDMswrep setup folder manually again to our ftprootrapport folder.
