Good afternoon,
Because our company has decided to implement widescreen by default, we need to use the Wyse C10LE terminals.
Since we have installed these terminals, users are disconnected quite often during the day, giving them the following error: Trap:ProtectionFault, EIP = 0x5FF810 (Press power to restart)
After the restart, the user will return in their original session
Our normal terminals, the S10’s doesn’t have this problem.
We currently have about 100 S10’s and about 20 C10LE’s.
All of the C10LE have these problems.
We are using Windows Terminal Services trough RDP on Windows Server 2003 Enterprise SP2 servers.
We have a cluster of 6 Terminal Servers, all with the same OS, Software and updates.
We are not using any VLAN’s for the terminals.
Does any of you know how these problems can be solved ?
Thanks in advance,
Erik
What firmware are you running on the C10LE?
CG
We are running version 6.5.0_23
We currently haven’t got a contract with Wyse for updating the firmware.
Erik
Nevertheless contact Wyse to get a free upgrade to latest 6.5 code which should be around 6.5.0_45.
