Hi,
We have Wyse C10LE WTOS clients. Some of them have an OMNICARD 3121 reader connected to logon to bank website.
When connecting the OMNICARD 3121 reader to a Windows 7 laptop and connecting with the XenApp broker we can logon to a bank website selecting the user pki-cert and no problems. Also when opening SafeNet CIP Utilities we get to see the Reader/Token status and Certificate information on it.
When connecting the OMNICARD 3121 reader to a Wyse C10LE WTOS client and connecting to the XenApp broker we can’t logon to the bank website but do get the pop-up requesting we select the user pki-cert. When opening SafeNet CIP Utilities we see the Reader/Token status but not de Certificate information on it.
We know Citrix isn’t the problem because it’s the same connection from the Windows 7 laptop. So PC/SC seems to be working.
SessionConfig=All SmartCards=Yes is set in the wnos.ini!
Can anyone help me out how to get the PC/SC working on the Wyse clients?
Noone who can point me in the right direction?
For instance, i’m looking for the drivers version for the OMNIKEY which is pre-installed on the C10LE clients, maybe the difference in driver version between the client and the Citrix server explains why I can see the cardreader and the card connected on the Citrix server but not the certificate information on the card…
I’ve searched this forum for other peopl who’ve asked questions about the C10LE client and a OMNIKEY cardreader but none of the threads match with my problem. Does anyone have any tips for me?
Hi there
I don’t suppose you have resolved this as we have an issue with Barclay Bank cards on V10’s, as soon as you put the card in the reader the Wyse freezes and needs a a restart.
Have raised as support request but no response!
