C10LE – Connect Tunnel Failed

    We are experiencing an intermittent connection issue to the VDI broker server from our suite of Wyse C10LE terminals:

    15. DNS/WINS Can’t Resolve (Server FQDN)
    16. Error ERR_TCP_CONNECT_ERROR!
    17. SSL: Unable to setup connection (err=5914)

    Usually a couple of reboots gets around the problem. Has anybody come across this before and if so is there a fix on the VMWare View side

    This issue has now been resolved by amending the secure tunnel setting from FQDN to IP address in the View console.
