Hi Guys
i’ve had my wyse c10le’s setup for a year or so now and we had them setup so that they automatically RDP connected to our terminal server farm but if they wanted to say RDP to their desktop they just has to press escape before then system connected to the terminal server farm then type in the machine name and connect.
then when they logged off at the end of the day they terminal would auto shutdown.
so now we have updated the wyse terminals to the latest firmware 7.1 and since then when the user presses the escape button the system shuts down.
is there anything i can do to get the terminals working as before without downgrading the firmware (if thats possible)
Cheers
Ashley
Let them use Ctrl+Alt+Cursor down to switch from the open RDP session back to the desktop and then open their desired one.
