Hi All,
We have two thin clients (C10LE and V10LE) using WTOS.
We are using Wyse Device Manager 4.7.2 Enterprise with the 2 hotfixes installed.
When I try to reboot or shutdown and even WOL nothing happens. The thin client does not do anything..
Remote shadow works fine.
There are no errors in the WTOS event log.
Does anyone have an idea on what the issue could be?
Thanks
Loris.
Can you check in WDM Device Manager if the clients have checked in successfully (there is one column at the ed of the list showing the date and time of the last check-in)
CG
yep, its checking in.. the timestamp is current.
I have even removed it from WDM and let it auto check in and then tried a reboot, but nothing.
Any firewall in between?
CG
Nope, they are both on the same vlan.
But maybe the Windows frwall on the WDM server is on?
CG
Hi ConfGen, I ended up reinstalling WDM and now its working again.
Athough I do not understand the reason behind this issue but glad it is working now.
