Bug on event log

    Hello, we recently installed the latest thinOS 9.1.1131 on our wyse 3040 cases, the latest version of the bios also (1.2.5), as well as the latest package citrix V20.12.0.12.1 and we are quite satisfied, only we often encounter the same problem on each of our boxes, sometimes when starting the device it freezes at the time the log page appears and no way to turn it off , the only way to stop the freeze is to unplug the power from the case. So I was wondering if the problem comes from the settings of the case and if someone had had the same problems (ie we did the update on 20 wyse and they all have the problem). Namely that some boxes first switched to 9.0 and they also have the same problem.

    We have the same problem *sometimes*. K+B are working fine untill the logon reachs “welcome”.

    For us it happens only on our Windows Server 2012 R2 Citrix environment and not on our Server 2019 environment (both 1912 CU2).

    We noticed that the problem accured always if the update path was the following:

    8.6 (fresh out of box) -> 9.0 -> 9.1

    If we flash the broken clients with the 9.1 merlin image the problem is gone. If we upgrade directly from 8.6 to 9.1 too.

    Occasionally users still report the issue but a reboot usually fix it.
