We have just upgraded to blazers (1200LE ) from 3200LE We have 4 RDP Terminal Servers which work with load balancing and session directory.

Whenever a user reconnects to a disconnecting session they get two login screen, once for the domain and the next for the actual TS they are put.
Also, users seem to get kicked out and asked to login again at random intervals whilst they are using the terminals.

These probelms only happen on the blasers and not the 3200LE. Ayone know why/what happening??

Thats a strange one, I would start with the basics and get the latest code first, this is 5.0.052 (contact Wyse support for this, you need the UTC_512 file). Once you have that post back what the results are…

I have got the firmware updates for WYSE, but it still happening.
Is it anything do to with the level of Encryption used for RDP??

    I have a solution myself.

By increaseing the RDP color resolution on the Term Server from 8bit to 16bit I was able to prevent them crashing.

So in effect, the session now takes up more of the RAM on the server then the WYSE client. So seems like a memory issue.

Still have a double login problem though. Would be intersted to know if anyone else had simmilar problems.
