ConfGen: We have upgraded 8000 V50L and LE models to V10L and LE. This functionality worked fine in the old Linux V6 OS. Are you sure it is by design that such devices works with reduced functionality on the WTOS 7 device? The Wyse Linux image did not have any Logitech or otherwise customized support for the mice installed (PAK files).
