So I ran that nifty diagnostic report on my server today (4.5.3 Enterprise with the latest hotfix – HF4053022008) and all looks good except under the ‘Install Information’ portion there are 5 files that failed. 4 of them with “File doesn’t exist” under ‘Actual Version’, the other has a file version. Here they are:
RptSrvComm.dll, ver 188.8.131.52
Rapport.chm (don’t really care about the help file :))
Is it normal to be missing any of these files? Perhaps they weren’t installed because my database is on a separate SQL server? The server is functioning fine, along with all of my repositories. Just curious if this is something I should be concerned with.
