How do you recover a 3360 and/or 3350 that won’t boot past the initial Windows CE splash sreen?

You know, I have never tried to recover one! I know there was a program called Xfer to do this – I will try and dig a copy up…

Here is a program I found to do this but you will need a lap link cable:
I do not have a cable to test, even though I have a 3360 but have never actually turned it on 😉
