When I tested the 5070 meetings were ok if I didn’t try to present something myself. I experienced the same when presenting.
October 1, 2020 at 2:54 pm #53183This is a known bug in the CWA 2006. Citrix has released CWA 2009 to fix this.
However, this breaks something else. Therefore, Dell cannot release that version directly without fixing the second issue.CG

I’,m running ThinOS 8.6_013 on a Wyse 3040 and Citrix XenApp 2012 on a Windows 2019 server. I have installed Google Chrome 32 bit, and my headset and camera are working when using the Teams app in Chrome. This is the settings in wnos.ini :
sessionconfig=all mapdisks=yes VUSB_AUDIO=no VUSB_VIDEO=no
sessionconfig=ica HttpBrowsing=yesIs this what you would recommend or is there a setting that works better?

When using Microsoft Teams with HDX on Citrix with a DELL ThinOS 9.1.x Client we have (sometimes):
– Problem with signalization of incoming calls (Call ist not shown in Teams)
– Lost of Audio-Signal (about 10 sec.) in the middle of a Teams Call (ThinClient user cannot be heard anymore for about 10 seconds)
– Freeze of Camera
– Freeze of Screen Sharing
If you connect to the same Citrix Session from a Windows 10 Client or a Linux Clients Client with latest CWA we don’t have these problems.
could anyone please give a soltion for this?

We are still experiencing same issues on Wyse 5070 with ThinOS 9.1.5067 and CWA 2109.
Are there any other Wyse users also having these same problems as well?
How to fix it?
Definitely no problems using Windows 10 fat clients connecting to same citrix environment.
