We’re having an odd issue at one of our locations. We’ve now sent three thin clients there (2 1200LE and 1 SX0). These have been preconfigured with the proper ICA connection settings that we use network-wide and tested to make sure that you’re actually able to connect. At this one location they basically seem to lose those connection settings as soon as they connect them and power them up. Resetting to factory defaults doesn’t work, because while they’re pulling a valid IP address, they are unable to pull the list of published applications from the citrix farm. I’m basically a hardware tech, so I don’t have that much to do with the servers at all, but if the problem was there, I would imagine that we’d be having a much more widespread issue. This seems to have something to do with their local network, possibly the router settings, but I’ve never seen anything like that before. Does this sound like any issue anyone here has ever experienced?

Can you VNC in one of the effected clients? (VNC is running by default).
Check whether there is an entry in the Network Setup-Fileserver. If yes, then the local DHCP server is pushing out option tag 161.
