I’ve now concluded that Session Reliability was the cause for our disconnects. Wyse has confirmed this as an issue with the firmware we’re using (6.2.0_08), although they say that the firmware supports it, but could be unstabile.
I therefore got an update to 6.2.0_16 from wyse which I will be testing this week.
