I have just tried this and some permutations of it using different VNC viewers: FreeVNC4, VNCrobot, and UltraVNC. None seem to show any signs of getting through. Which viewer do you use? If I could figure out what the Ascii code for Pause/Break was, then maybe I could construct a custom keysend to go through.
