A few questions, I assume the Neoware clients did not have this behavior? Its strange because you would think the Wyse boxes with the Perricom software would be the same
When you upgraded the CE device what version (build) of TEC was on the unit?
I have seen this as one site and what we did was us the capture utility on the TEC menu to create a debug log. This was then sent to support and they fixed the issue with a new build. Maybe you could contact support again and ask them to open a call with the capture files?
