I believe you need to add the profile to the exclusion list for the Client Cleanup service. To do this, log in as Administrator and browse to the System32 directory. Once there look for the netxclean.ini file. In that file you need add the following entry to the [Profiles] section:
P3=YourProfileName
I think this will clear up your issue.
